By using the UčiLock app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

UčiLock helps children practise school subjects and records points, progress and rewards chosen by the parent.

Locking currently applies only within UčiLock. Other apps remain accessible.

Minutes in UčiLock are used for agreed rewards. The parent manually sets and changes limits for other apps.

The parent is responsible for their account and children's profiles. You are required to keep your password secure and authorize the use of the app by children in accordance with their age and your household rules.

The selected plan is billed monthly or once a year and renews automatically until you cancel. The total charge and billing period are shown before purchase confirmation. The monthly equivalent of an annual plan is for price comparison; the annual plan is charged in full once a year. Stripe processes payments made through Stripe. After cancellation, access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period.

Not allowed:

• Misuse, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app.
• Entering offensive or inappropriate content in names and rewards.
• Using the app in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties.

The original source code, texts, illustrations, logo and other parts of the UčiLock app are protected to the extent that they meet the legal requirements for protection. Rights in these parts belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party materials and software components are subject to their applicable licences.

You may use the app’s features for their intended educational purpose, in accordance with these terms and your selected plan. Using the app does not give you ownership of its code, logo or other protected parts.

Without permission from the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, distribute, sell or take protected parts of the app for use in another product or service, except where permitted by law or an applicable licence. This provision does not change your rights in your own content that you enter into the app.

The app is provided 'as is', without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the app. Screen time and rewards are symbolic values; the final parental supervisory rule applies outside the app.

We may update the terms from time to time. If changes significantly affect your use, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
